Joe has been involved in the water feature industry since March of 1983. While his earlier experiences have ranged from assisting fabrications, start-ups, and troubleshooting systems. In the late 1980’s, he went heavily into the research and development and business development sides of the business and started giving seminars on behalf of AIA and ASLA on the topics of fountain design and mechanics.
Joe and his partner bought Delta Fountains, Hydrel’s fountain division, and several of Delta’s vendors, over the next few years. In addition to business development and continued research and development assistance, Joe provides consultation to Delta’s design staff and travels to clients’ projects during construction, to ensure the features are built according to the design.
